Her journey as an agtech leader began after relocating from Ukraine to the United Kingdom, where she shifted her focus from governmental roles to the business dynamics of agricultural technology. With over ten years of experience in this niche, Maryna has played a pivotal role in managing partnerships and representing Petiole at global agtech events in the UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
She has been recognized for her contributions to the field, notably as a winner of Global Alliance Africa Innovation Exchange Challenge and a pre-selected participant in the Women in Agritech Global Business Innovation Program, facilitated by Innovate UK.
Dr. Kuzmenko is certified in Environmental Management by the IEMA. Driven by her commitment to ESG principles, she co-founded the educational initiative Hello Sustainability to promote sustainable business practices and the implementation of AI technologies in a sustainable way globally.
